The Asthma Relief System That Is Simple and Works For You
The presenter is James Hooper. When he was an infant he developed asthma, and had it for over 30 years. Within days of learning this system he was free of all symptoms. You can reduce your symptoms the same way. All you need to do is attend some simple lessons, follow the easy guidelines - and you will have amazing results. Mr Hooper has taught thousands all over the world at Workshops, and is the author of the best selling "Buteyko Manual for Asthma" and "Buteyko Breathing Workout Workbook", which are also now available in Spanish.
The system is called "Buteyko" [byew-tay-koe],
after the Russian doctor who developed it in the 1940's. You will learn
from me the simplest, easiest, and most effective way of using the system.

What is involved in a Workshop?
You will need to attend five learning sessions. The first session will take approximately 2 hours, the following sessions between 60 and 90 minutes.- Workshop numbers are limited to allow careful observation and personal coaching to ensure a great result.
- Most commonly the first 3 sessions are held in the early evening on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday of one week. The final two sessions on Monday and Tuesday of the following week.
- It is possible to later resit Workshops for a minimal charge.
